We'll stay in touch throughout the process—preferably via Discord/VGEN! Feel free to share ideas and feedback at any time. Your input is essential to ensure everything turns out exactly the way you imagined!
💰 PAYMENTS
Fullbody model (art + rig):I work with 100% upfront or a payment plan:50% upfront before startingFinal 50% due after base colors are approvedChibi models, only art, or only rig:100% upfront ONLY

🎨 REVISIONS
Art:Sketch stage: free changesBase colors: up to 4 free changesSignificant changes to the original concept may incur additional costs.Once you approve the base colors, I’ll move on to finalize the art. Any further changes after this stage may incur additional fees.Rigging:Once rigging begins, changes may come with extra costsFor rig-only commissions: if the provided artwork has issues (e.g., missing layers, incomplete separation), extra fees may apply

⚠️After delivery, you’ll have 7 days to test your model. If anything’s off, let me know within this period so I can fix it!📁 Note: Original working files (.psd, .cmo3, .can3) are not included (EXCEPTED PSD FOR ART ONLY COMMS).RIGG: You will receive a ready-to-use model for VTube Studio.
📜 USAGE & COPYRIGHT
You’ll have full commercial rights to your model — use it for streaming, merchandise, advertising, and moreI will never resell or reuse your modelI may share WIPs or final results to showcase my work and credit myselfIf you want a 100% anonymous commission until the debut (I won’t share the creation process in streams, posts, etc. until the debut), an additional 20% of the total commission price will be added.🔁 If you plan to sell your model in the future, please contact me first. I just need to be aware of the new owner and the terms of the sale.🎨 Credit is required. Please credit me (@schwin_desu) on any platforms where you use the model (Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, etc.)⚠️ You CANNOT use my art in any AI dataset or training model. This includes the design and all associated assets.
🔄 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your commission within 72 hours of payment to receive a full refund (either 100% or the initial 50%).After 72 hours, refunds will no longer be possible, as work on your commission will have already begun.The final 50% (due after base colors are approved) is non-refundable, as that means you're confirming the art and moving toward final delivery.
