I only accept commissions from individuals over 18 years old!Please read carefully, as by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms!
Terms of Service
1. Communication and Collaboration
During the development of the model, we will maintain open communication via Discord (preferred). Feel free to share your ideas and feedback throughout the process.2. Delivery Time
The delivery time depends on the requested model! Here you can get an idea of the base period for each one.After the model is completed and the files are delivered, you will have a 7-day period to test it. If you find any issues, please contact me within this period so I can make the corrections!3. Copyright
You will have all rights for commercial use, including the ability to use the model for advertising, merchandising, and other purposes.The design and model will be yours; I will not sell or reproduce it. But I may share images and videos to showcase my work and give myself credit.The sale of the model is permitted, but it must be discussed with me beforehand. Since this is my work, I need to be aware of the new owner and the terms of the sale.You must give me credit for my art by adding my @ in the bio of your social media (Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, etc).4. Original Files
The original files (such as .psd, .cmo3, and .can3) are not included in the commission! What will be delivered is the finalized model ready for use in Vtube Studio.5. Changes and Revisions
You can request changes to the design/art of the model during the development of the base art AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. After approval, I will proceed to the final art, where additional changes can be discussed with additional costs.6. Payments
Payments in REAL will only be accepted from residents of Brazil!Payment must be made before work begins (100%), after the design has been defined.For full-body models (art and rig), I offer the possibility of 50/50: 50% must be paid at the beginning of the project and 50% on the day of delivery of the finalized files! I accept payments only via PayPal.The total amount will be agreed upon in advance with you and will not include additional fees without notice.7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours after payment confirmation, where the amount will be fully refunded (for 100% payments or the initial 50%).For the final 50% (on the delivery date of the finalized model), there will be no refund, as you will already have all the files of the model!After this period, refunds will not be possible.8. Responsibilities
I am not responsible for any misuse of the model, including copyright violations by the client.9. Addicionals
